You can customize the size of your facet rough order by increasing the quantity to the number of carats you wish to purchase. Reference the description for the average stone size to accurately fulfill your order. If for some reason your custom order can't be fulfilled, a representative will contact you to resolve the issue.

We offer a 30-day return policy under the condition that your order is returned in exactly the condition it was shipped. The buyer is responsible for shipping the order back to our office. Returns will not be processed if the material has been changed or altered in any way. If your order was damaged upon arrival, please contact us as all orders are insured.

Our store is located in the San Diego Jewelers Exchange at 861 6th Avenue Suite 517, San Diego, CA 9210. We are open Monday-Friday from 9 am - 3 pm. Parking is available in several lots around the building.
